TUSSAM buses.
Tussam buses connect the historical city centre to all the districts in the city by means of a network made up by 36 lines operated by the company and 4 further ones run by other transport firms. Buses are easy to identify since the new Corporate Identity Programme has assumed determined the use of the colours of the banner of Seville, crimson red and old gold, as corporate colours for the firm's image and for its buses.
Tussam buses run all weekdays from 6 am to 11 pm, except on Sundays and holidays, when they start at 7 am. After midnight there is a network of 6 night lines with end station at Plaza Nueva.
Buses are entered through the front door. Next to the driver's position is the reader where you must stick your ten-trip ticket each time you board a bus as well as the one-ride ticket machine. There is a ten-ride ticket that allows for transfer to a different line within one hour and also one-day and three-day tourist tickets without restrictions. All bus stops have a small network map and in the Tussam information points and tourist information offices of the city you can get.
Many Tussam bus lines either cross or end at the historical city centre and its monumental area; therefore the use of buses is highly recommendable for short distances. Among them is the B2 line which starts at the Plaza de la Encarnacion crosses the centre of the city and reaches the old Triana district and the left bank of the Guadalquivir river.
